Would you like to commission me? Here's some things to know:
GENERAL

I (ATurtleTotz) reserve the right to decline any commission that I don't feel I can complete.

Clients must provide any relevant reference materials and instructions when requesting a commission. I may request additional references or information if needed.

Prices vary depending on the complexity of the request. The final cost will be discussed and agreed upon before I begin working.

If you need the commission completed by a specific deadline, please include the timeframe in your request. I'll let you know whether I can accommodate it.
PAYMENT/REFUNDS

Payment is required before I begin working on the commission.

If you need to cancel a commission, please do so as soon as possible.

Refunds will depend on how much work has already been completed. Refunds will not be available once the commission has been completed and delivered.
REVISIONS

Revisions are completely fine and are allowed during the earlier stages of the commission.

Major changes requested beyond the sketching phase may require an additional fee.

I will provide progress updates throughout the commission so you can share your feedback and opinions.

I will communicate any unexpected delays or changes that may affect the agreed-upon timeframe.
USAGE AND RIGHTS
PERSONAL USE

Standard commission prices are for personal use only. This includes artwork displayed in your home, non-monetized profile pictures or banners, etc.

When posting the artwork publicly, please credit me as ATurtleTotz.

You may not use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without permission.

You may not claim the artwork as your own, resell it, or redistribute it.

COMMERCIAL USE
Artwork used to promote a product, service, brand, or generate any revenue will require an additional commercial-use fee, agreed upon before the artwork is used commercially.
Examples include, but are not limited to:

Album, single, or EP covers (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)

YouTube thumbnails, banners, or graphics for monetized, sponsored, or brand channels

Merch designs
-
Paid collaborations
-
Promotional materials or brand assets
I, as the artist, retain full copyright ownership of the artwork. A commercial-use fee gives the client a non-exclusive license to use the artwork only for the specific purpose agreed upon.
